Q: What sizes do you carry?

A: We carry women’s sizes 6 to 11, some selections in size 12.  Men’s we carry 7 to 13, some selections in size 14.

Q: What widths do you carry?

A: We carry men’s and women’s widths in medium, wide, and extra wide widths.  We do not carry narrow widths.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Our on-line return policy can be found here.

Q: Do you sell or make orthotics?

A: No, but we are experts at fitting your personal orthotics into our shoes, boots, etc.

Q: Do you work with insurance companies?

A: No.  It is up to the customer to reach out to their insurance companies, before they purchase, to determine what brands or type of shoes they will cover.  We can provide an estimate for you to submit to your insurance to see if a shoe is eligible for coverage.

Q:  Do you recommend any doctors?

A: We suggest that you ask your family physician for a referral.  Also ask friends, family, or colleagues for referrals to a good doctor.

Q: Do you do special orders?

A: Yes, we can special order from many of the brands we carry.  If you've seen a shoe we do not carry, we will be happy to special order it in for you at no extra charge.  Unfortunately, there are no returns/refunds on special order items.

Q: Can I order on-line and pickup at your store?

A: Yes, this option is available at checkout.
